While timelines vary based on company size, industry and ambition, many clients begin seeing actionable outcomes within 3‑6 months — such as defined KPIs, improved stakeholder disclosures and clearer governance structures. Deeper transformations like decarbonisation efforts or supply‑chain overhauls may span 12‑18 months, but all are built on the same strong foundation of strategy and data.

Many of the companies I work with are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), so I never publish client names or project details.
